Privacy policy

This policy covers the aquaos.ai website, operated by Agrinovo. It describes what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The AquaOS platform itself, used by customers under a service agreement, is covered separately by that agreement.

What is collected

• Information you submit through the demo request form: name, work email, operation or company, optional phone number, role, and whatever you write in the message field.
• A preference stored by the accessibility toolbar, if you use it, so your settings persist between pages.
• Anonymous usage analytics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this runs only if you accept analytics cookies; elsewhere it runs by default and can be switched off with the button at the end of this page. It covers pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type.
• The page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL, stored in your browser session so a submitted form can be attributed to how you found the site.

Why it is collected

Form submissions are used to arrange and prepare a demo, and to answer the question you asked. They are stored in the customer relationship system operated by Agrinovo.

Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful and which are not. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared with advertising networks.

Cookies

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no analytics or tracking cookies are set until you accept them, and rejecting them leaves the site fully functional. Elsewhere analytics cookies are set by default, and the button at the end of this page switches them off for this browser. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again. The accessibility toolbar is the one exception: it loads on every page so that anyone who needs it can reach it, and it stores only your own display preferences.

Who it is shared with

Personal data submitted through this site is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by the infrastructure and analytics providers that host the site and the customer relationship system, acting on our instructions.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a plausible commercial relationship, and removed on request. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider standard retention period.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and the request will be handled directly rather than through a ticketing queue.
